FC Barcelona are reportedly eyeing Naby Keita for a potential summer move.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Catalan giants are monitoring all the free agents in the market again this summer due to ongoing financial troubles.
The Guinean midfielder is set to be out of contract in the summer of 2023 and as of now, there are no negations between both parties for a renewal.
The 28-year-old joined the Merseyside in 2018 following numerous injury-related setbacks he struggled to establish significant stability over the years.
Therefore, writing in the CaughtOffside column, the transfer expert stated:
“Barça are linked to all the possible free agents; but at the moment, nothing is concrete or advanced between Keita and any other club. He will decide in the next months. Barça are exploring the free agents market but nothing is “serious” yet.”
