Arsenal are reportedly ready to reignite their interest in the Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The Gunners have made the second bid for the Premier League star worth £70m with add-ons included which immediately got rejected by Brighton in January.
Mikel Arteta was keen to get the 21-year-old's services until the transfer window closes, however, Albion “were 100% not selling” the midfielder.
