Referee confirmed for Tottenham VS Manchester United game

The Premier League have announced that Jonathan Moss will be the referee for Tottenham vs Manchester United on Friday night. The Video Assistant Referee will be Graham Scott. Manchester United fans are not delighted with the appointment, as the referee is well known for his number of yellow cards. He has judged 32 matches of the club.
