Rangers provide injury update on Leon King

Leon King has suffered an injury ahead of 2023/24 season and he could miss the start of next season after suffering an ankle injury in training.

Rangers confirmed that the defender suffered a contact injury to his ankle at the club’s pre-season training camp in Germany early in July which will rule him out for a significant period of time.

However, the player has already returned to training in a boost for the Gers ahead of new season.

The Gers kick off 2023/24 season with a game against Kilmarnock on Saturday, August 5, 2023.
