Tottenham forward Richalison has been heavily criticized by a pundit for his poor performances, being called the "worst player" in the current Premier League season.
The Brazil international joined Spurs from Everton in a deal worth £60m last summer, having previously impressed in the league for Everton and Watford. However, his debut season at Tottenham has been far from successful.
After Richarlison scored a goal for Tottenham against Liverpool which was quickly canceled out by a winning goal from Diogo Jota, talkSPORT pundit Tony Cascarino criticized Richarlison's performances this season, claiming that he is the worst player in the league, given what he's capable of. He went on to say that Richarlison has been a "joke" this year, and despite injuries and World Cup participation, he showed a lack of effort in the team's recent loss to Aston Villa.
