<p>France camp have been hit with a virus ahead of the World Cup 2022 final. Didier Deschamp&#39;s side reached the WC final for the second time in a row as they beat Morocco in the semi-finals.</p>

<p>Current title holders will face Argentina in the final on Sunday, December 18.</p>

<p>However, France could be without their defensive duo Raphael Varane and Ibrahima Konate.</p>

<p>Varane and&nbsp;Konate have both fallen ill just 48 hours before the World Cup Final, sources have told ESPN.</p>
