Dijon goalkeeper Runar Runarsson is set to sign a five-year deal with Premier League side Arsenal, according to <a href="https://www.dv.is/433/2020/9/14/runar-alex-laeknisskodun-hja-arsenal-dag-tolfraedin-frakklandi-ekki-god/">DV</a>.

The report states that the goalkeeper underwent a medical with Gunners on Monday ahead of his move.

Runarsson will cost Arsenal only £1.5million. He will join the club as a replacement for a backup goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, who is on his way to join Aston Villa for around £20million.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper made 14 appearances during the previous season and has yet to make an appearance in this season.
