Peter Crouch picks Premier League team of the season. Mohamed Salah is left out of the starting XI

Former Liverpool forward Peter Crouch has picked up his best Premier League starting XI by leaving Mohamed Salah out of the team. Instead, Crouch went with Salah's teammate Sadio Mane up front alongside Sergio Aguero and Son Heung-min in a front three. "I felt terrible leaving out Salah, whose form in the past couple of weeks has gone up a level, and Bernardo Silva in particular but it is not a slight on their efforts," said Crouch in the Daily Mail . "We have been fortunate to witness some amazing football over the past eight months."

Here is the full squad.

Starting XI: Alisson (Liverpool), Wan-Bissaka (Crystal Palace), Van Dijk (Liverpool), Laporte (Man City), Robertson (Liverpool), Hazard (Chelsea), Eriksen (Spurs), Sterling (Man City), Mane (Liverpool), Son (Spurs), Aguero (Man City) Subs: Ederson, Salah, Alexander-Arnold, Kane, Bernardo Silva, Aubameyang, David Silva.
