Pep Guardiola has provided an update on Kyle Walker, Kalvin Philips and John Stones ahead of Manchester City's clash with Brighton. City will host Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday, October 22.
Guardiola currently has three players out with injuries as Walker, Stones and Phillips are sidelined. Walker suffered a groin injury during City's 6-3 victory over Manchester United and underwent surgery.
Phillips is out with a shoulder injury and the player's return date is unknown as he underwent surgery. Meanwhile, John Stones suffered a hamstring injury while on an international break.
Speaking ahead of the Seagulls game, Guardiola said: "I didn't speak with the doctors. Hopefully he can make the World Cup if selected. John trains last two days, tommorrow on the list. Kalvin doing well too."
