Pep Guardiola confirms Manchester City January transfer stance

Pep Guardiola has reiterated that Manchester City will not buy any players in the January transfer window. The Blues wanted a centre back in the summer but Guardiola insists City will not strengthen in January because the player they would want are not available. "No. Nope. I don’t want any players in January," Guardiola replied when asked if City will buy anyone in the upcoming January transfer window. "I don’t want any players. If we cannot do it in summer, we cannot do in January. When they come for an incredible opportunity in January for the next four, five, six years maybe we could think about it but that is not possible.
