Paul Pogba has admitted he can foot some of the blame after United’s cruciate defeat to Brighton.
Despite captain’s armband, Pogba failed to impress in the match.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Pogba said: "The attitude is not how we want it to be. I think it showed on the pitch, with myself first, the attitude was not good enough. We keep trying.
"I think the mistake we shouldn't make, and lose 1-0, come back to 2-1, we had the hope, but then we conceded the goal.
"They had more hunger than us. I put myself first, that my attitude wasn't right enough.
"We made mistakes we shouldn't make. We tried to push and push, we kept trying, but it was a bit too late.
United return to Old Trafford next week to take on top four rivals Tottenham.
