Ex-Swansea boss Paul Clement told Goals on Sunday that the Gunners' best January business was renewing Mesut Ozil's contract.
Arsenal playmaker signed a new three-and-half-year deal with the London club last Thursday.
Arsene Wenger broke the club's transfer record to land Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund on transfer deadline day while Henrikh Mkhitaryan arrived in a swap deal for Alexis Sanchez.
But Clement said: “It’s only one game but Mkhitaryan looked good, Aubameyang. For me the best signing for Arsenal is Mesut Ozil re-signing. I worked with him briefly at Real Madrid, fantastic, fantastic talent."
