Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is confident David De Gea will sign a contract extension with Manchester United in the coming weeks.
De Gea, who is in the final year of his contract, has been offered a deal worth £350,000-a-week, which would make him the world's highest-paid goalkeeper.
Though no agreement has been made, Solskjaer remains positive the Spain international will continue his career in United.
"David has had a summer where he's been negotiating and we hope we're going get it sorted," said Solskjaer.
"I'm positive, of course, with David. I've said many times how lucky I am and happy we are to have him in goal."
David de Gea made 47 appearances during the 2018/19 season for the Red Devils.
