Fabrizio Romano has indicated that Cedric Soares may be among several players departing from Arsenal this January.
The transfer insider provided insights into Arsenal's plans for the transfer window, highlighting Cedric as a potential departure.
Despite ongoing speculation linking Cedric to Besiktas, Romano mentioned that nothing is currently imminent regarding the player's future. However, he suggested the possibility of developments on this front as early as the upcoming week.
Romano shared these details in a conversation with Caught Offside, offering an update on Cedric's potential departure from Arsenal this month.
“In terms of other players who could leave Arsenal, I’d keep it open for Cedric Soares and more players,” he said, via TBR Football.
“Nothing is imminent at this stage but next week some movement could take place for the outgoings, let’s see.”
Cedric Soares has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season, returning from a loan spell at Fulham in the summer. He has seen a decline in his status over the past few years and appears to be out of Mikel Arteta's plans.
