Newcastle United have reportedly joined Premier League rival Everton to sign Palmeiras winger Giovani.
According to ESPN Brasil, the Magpies have also entered the race to get the services of Brazilian talent.
The Premier League outfit reportedly sent scouts to monitor the 19-year-old, who is very much admired throughout South America with promising potential ahead of him.
As per close sources, the player will cost €15 million, however, the attacker has a release clause of around €60 million as his current contract expires in 2026.
Newcastle are in a good position to get into the top four of the Premier League, battling for Champions League qualification which could become a huge career boost for the Brazilian ace.
