Mohamed Salah to miss international break ahead of Liverpool pivotal clashes

Mohamed Salah will miss international break with Egypt as the team’s coach Hossam El-Badry don’t pick him for the upcoming match against Botswana on October 14. Egypt Today reports that El-Badry and the team manager Mohamed Baraket talked with Salah and decided it would be better for the Liverpool star to rest a little bit due to a non-stop schedule and be recalled for Egypt’s two 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Kenya and Comoros in November. This comes to a boost for Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and the fans as the Reds have crucial fixtures to come against Leicester City before the international break, and then after against Manchester United, Genk in the frames of Champions League and later against Tottenham and Arsenal.
