Mikel Arteta has admitted they are eager to bring new players to Arsenal during the January transfer window.
Gunners celebrated a 2 - 1 win over AC Milan in the club friendly in Dubai. Martin Odegaard and Reiss Nelson scored to give their side the lead over the Serie A opponents.
After the match, Arteta was asked about the club's possible signings during the upcoming transfer window.
“We are looking & we are active in the possibilities. If we can find the players that will strengthen the team, we will try,” he told Football.London.
The Spanish boss also responded when asked if any player at the World Cup has caught his eye. The Gunners' man added:
“There are a few & a few national teams as well. A lot of things they are doing are very interesting & it shows where the game is going, where it is evolving, but as for players - I’ll keep that to myself!”
