Mesut Ozil's agent has made some headlines once again as he has blasted Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta.
Speaking to ESPN, Dr. Erkut Sogut has hit back at Arteta's comments regarding Ozil's absence from Premier League and Europa League squads and urged the Gunners boss to reveal the real reasons behind the 32-year-old's treatment.
As this situation threatens to boil over, it's looking increasingly likely that Ozil has played his final game for Arsenal - which was the 1-0 win over West Ham United back in March.
Furthermore, Ozil's contract at the Emirates Stadium expires at the end of the season and it's no secret that the club have attempted to move him on in recent transfer windows.
With that said, it has already been revealed that Ozil won't be leaving Arsenal until next summer.
"I do not think there will be a change in the case of Mesut Ozil until the summer of 2021,"
Dr Erkut Sogut told Turkish Instagram channel futbolgiant in July.
"He has a contract. There is no change. He will remain in Arsenal."
