Max Mayer decides on completing Arsenal move

According to Metro Schalke 04 player Max Mayer could soon join Arsenal. Reports claim that Meyer is a target for Arsenal and Liverpool, who are both looking to bring back the league glory days. However both clubs may have to look elsewhere to bolster their squad as Meyer has decided on switching to the Seria A with AC Milan. Meanwhile, Arsenal restricted budget won’t allow them to sign Mayer.
