Matchday 5: Premier League predictions including Manchester United vs Brighton

Premier League action will return next weekend and the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea will look to get back to winning ways, having headed into the international break with disappointing defeats.

Man United lost 3-1 to Arsenal after some controversial decisions from the referee while Chelsea lost 1-0 at home to Nottingham Forest. Newcastle United will also look to put a stop to their horrid start to the season, having lost three of their opening four matches already.

Predictions on Premier League Matchday 4 including Manchester United vs Brighton

Wolves vs Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp's side will restart their season with a trip to Wolves on Saturday lunchtime and will want to continue from where they left off. Liverpool have won three and drawn one in their first four league matches, unlike Wolves, who have lost three already.
Prediction: Wolves 1-3 Liverpool

Fulham vs Luton Town

There's a massive chance Fulham would win this game. They put up a show at the Emirates Stadium and salvaged a 2-2 draw despite been a man down. Luton have struggled to score goals and that will obviously thwart their chances of getting something off Fulham.
Prediction: Fulham 3-0 Luton Town

Tottenham vs Sheffield United

Ange Postecoglou has done really well at Spurs, having won three and drawn one in their opening four league games. He won against Manchester United at home and came from behind to thrash Burnley 5-1 away from home last time out. They host struggling Sheffield at home and we expect nothing but utter dominance.
Prediction: Tottenham 2-0 Sheffield United

West Ham United vs Manchester City

The Hammers may have secured a mind-blowing start to the season, winning three and drawing one in their first four league matches, but they are likely to fall to their first defeat this term when they host the Premier League champions, Manchester City, who have won all four of their opening matches.
Prediction: West Ham 1-3 Man City

Manchester United vs Brighton & Hove Albion

The Red Devils will look to bounce back to winning ways when they host interesting Brighton on Saturday. The last time Manchester United lost a league game was in August last year and it came against Brighton. Erik ten Hag's men will rather want to avoid losing at home again to the Seagulls, hence we expect them to produce the right response to the Arsenal loss.
Prediction: Man United 2-1 Brighton

Matchday 5: Premier League predictions including Manchester United vs Brighton

Aston Villa vs Crystal Palace

Unai Emery has developed Aston Villa into a formidable side. Although they lost to Liverpool ahead of the international break, we expect them to bounce back with a win over Palace. They are unbeaten at home this season so far and it's unlikely to change against the Eagles.
Prediction: Aston Villa 2-0 Crystal Palace

Newcastle United vs Brentford

Although the Magpies have lost three of their opening four matches, they are likely to bounce back to winning ways against Brentford. They are a better side at home and only the elites can attempt to take all three points off them. Brentford, who haven't been bad this season, are expected to succumb.
Prediction: Newcastle United 3-1 Brentford

Bournemouth vs Chelsea

The Blues are still struggling to find their top form in the final third. They lost 1-0 at home to Nottingham Forest after they missed a couple of chances that could have earned them all three points. Nicolas Jackson has underperformed and many think he's not the ideal man to lead Mauricio Pochettino's Chelsea to the top four. However, both teams are struggling and a draw looks like a decent result.
Prediction: Bournemouth 1-1 Chelsea

Everton vs Arsenal

It's going to be an easy game for the Gunners. Everton are yet to win a game this season, making them proper candidates to be relegated this season. Arsenal are keen on challenging Man City for the title, hence they will give everything to get a comfortable win in Merseyside.
Prediction: Everton 1-3 Arsenal

Nottingham Forest vs Burnley

This clash looks like a draw but Nottingham are a hard nut to crack at home. Burnley are still searching for their first win in the Premier League this season and are unlikely to get that at the City Ground.
Prediction: Nottingham Forest 1-0 Burnley
