<p>Ahead of the games, Rashford&nbsp;has been forced to withdraw from the&nbsp;squad due to having&nbsp;sustained a knock during the&nbsp;3-1 victory&nbsp;over Fulham in the Emirates FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday.</p>
