Manchester United have set a price tag for Alexis Sanchez, who is currently on a season-long loan at Inter Milan.
United have no intention to bring the player back and they demand at least £25million for him, according to
The Sun.
Sanchez has three-years left out in his £505,000-a-week contract and the £25million will only pay for Sanchez’s huge compensation package of £50million.
An Old Trafford source told the publication: “
The plan is to get some money back and use that to pay off most of his contract. There is a hope that he has a good spell at Inter and they or another club want to take him off our hands next summer. We have a fair valuation as he still has a few good years left in him based on his age and his strong reputation."
It remains unclear, whether the Chilean will sign a permanent deal with the Serie A outfit or will find another option, however, it is understood that Inter Milan don’t have a responsibility to buy him regardless of his performance during his loan spell.
