Manchester United to offer Cristiano Ronaldo a stunning €30 million-a-year deal

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has apparently been asking for a pay rise at Real Madrid to try and take his earnings in line with that of Barcelona rival Lionel Messi. However, Los Blancos president Florentino Perez has stood firm on his valuation of the Portugal international. But Jose Mourinho and United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward are said to have devised a plan to make a huge sacrifice for the 33-year-old offering a swap deal that will involve David de Gea. Ronaldo will most likely use the chance as he has been constantly linked with a return to Old Trafford ever since he left Manchester United for Real in 2009. What refers to De Gea, he has been a long-standing target for Real and came close to joining Los Blancos in 2015, but a faulty fax machine prevented the deal from happening.
