Manchester United 'change transfer plans' due to Brandon Williams emergence

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly dropped plans to search for a new left-back in the upcoming transfer window as he will now put his trust in Brandon Williams, according to The Sun The Norwegian boss is looking to overhaul the Manchester United squad in the summer transfer window. A source at Old Trafford told the publication: "The manager has told Brandon to keep doing what he is doing and to keep his feet on the ground. At the same time, Ole has stopped looking for a new left-back. Brandon has done enough." The source continued: "There was an idea he could go out like Dean Henderson has, to another Premier League club or a team in the Championship. Ole loves Brandon's attitude and he will be here next season. The bosses think he will save them £50m." Williams has featured 27 times so far and even got on the scoresheet on one occasion.
