Manchester City have reportedly set a price tag of €40m for Joao Cancelo, as the full-back is expected to depart from the club this summer.
According to SPORT, the Portugal international has fallen out of favor with Pep Guardiola due to arrogant behavior.
As a result, the full-back was loaned out to Bayern Munich for the second half of the season in a bid to get more playing time.
Furthermore, following the end of his loan spell in Germany, the defender's future remains uncertain as the Premier League giants have no intention of welcoming the player back.
Barcelona and Arsenal are interested in the 29-year-old's services, however, the Catalans' financial difficulties might make it challenging for them to meet City's €40m asking price, so a loan move is more likely if the transfer happens.
The Gunners' interest, on the other hand, could be realistic, as the Cityzens would not be willing to sell to a rival club, considering their recent transfers of Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus to London last summer.
