Manchester City have reportedly accepted Al-Nassr's offer for Aymeric Laporte.
The Spain international, who has struggled for game time during City's glorious campaign last year at the expense of Nathan Ake's place in the squad is seen to be keen to a move to the Saudi Pro League. He is currenly in Athens with the rest of the Citizens as they prepare for the Super Cup final against Sevilla on August 16.
Yet, the 29-year-old has established himself as a key player in Pep Guardiola's squad since he first arrived at the club in 2018, winning five titles over the years. But as the Spaniard is approaching the end of his 5-year-long contract at the Etihad Stadium, and Josko Gvardiol has arrived from RB Leipzig, Laporte's place in the squad will be even limited.
Besides Laporte, Al-Nassr is now advancing in their pursuit of Alisson Becker from Liverpool.
