Liverpool are aiming to secure the signing of Bayern Munich's Ryan Gravenberch.
Journalist Christian Falk suggests that the Reds are preparing to offer around €30 million for the 21-year-old central midfielder.
Gravenberch's position in Thomas Tuchel's team has diminished since his move from Ajax. He struggled to get consistent playing time last season and is not expected to be a main starter for the Bundesliga giants this season.
Reportedly, the Dutchman is interested in making a move to the Premier League, with manager Jurgen Klopp convincing him of his significance to the team.
The outcome depends on whether Bayern will accept the €30 million offer for their starlet. The player's addition to the Merseysiders' midfield would bring improved control, composure, and technical skills.
Given that Liverpool has let go of several midfielders earlier in the summer, their search for reinforcements in the central midfield position is understandable.
