Liverpool and Manchester City targeting £45m defender

Liverpool and Manchester City look set have joined the race for Porto defender Eder Militao, according to Transfer Market Web. Coorreio da Manha reported, that Manchester United were in a strong position to land Militao. Militao’s release clause remains £45.2m (€50m) as he rejects strong position to land Militao.
