Stan Collymore believes Liverpool should have a big signing to jolt the dressing room for the next season.
The Reds have failed to sign Timo Werner because of heavy price tag, instead going for left-back Kostas Tsimikas. They have also targeted Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara, though the two sides are still negotiating upon the transfer fee.

Liverpool fans have been reacting to the latest update on Rhian Brewster. According to
Sky Sports, the Reds are considering allowing Brewster to leave the club permanently this transfer window, with the protection of a buy-back clause.
The 20-year-old spent the previous half-season on loan at Swansea. He scored 11 goals in 22 games for the Championship side. Since returning to Liverpool, he made 2 appearances during the Reds’ pre-season friendly games and scored 3 goals.

Reported Liverpool target Patson Daka has been labelled the “next Thierry Henry” by his former coach Dan Kabwe.
Daka has shown an impressive game, scoring 21 goals in all competitions in 2019/20 campaign. He has been linked with the move to Anfield that could see him reunited with his former RB Salzburg teammate, Takumi Minamino. The latter joined Jurgen Klopp’s side during the January transfer window.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has admitted he regrets what was said during his touchline spat with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. The two sides met at Anfield in a thrilling game which ended 5-3 to the Reds, in a precursor to Jordan Henderson lifting up the Premier League trophy.
During the match, the two coaches clashed on the touchline. Lampard appeared outraged in the footage, and fired a few choice words in the direction of the German.
