Liverpool fans horrified: Naby Keita gets an injury

Liverpool star Naby Keita got injured in 18th minute of Champions League away match against Napoli. Seems Guinea international got a back injury. He couldn't walk away from the pitch himself. Keita was substituted by Jordan Henderson. Liverpool fans are horrified, as Keita can miss not only Manchester City match, but a big part of a season.
