Liverpool fans had better forget about Nabil Fekir’s transfer

Fekir was on the verge of a £53m transfer to Liverpool in June. The Reds had hoped  to announce the 25-year-old before the World Cup and had even agreed personal terms on a five-year contract. However, the transfer collapsed in strange circumstances. And now when the deadline is very close, there are rumours that Chelsea are prepared to announce Fekir’s late dramatic move. According ding to BBCSport news journalist David Ornstein, Liverpool fans had better keep quiet as no deal is planned. “Quiet day expected at Liverpool. No more arrivals, Liverpool haven’t made an enquiry since signing Alisson. Exits possible (lots of interest in Ings) but nothing in place + whole squad reporting to training at 1200 for 1330 start so time short. Will utilize Euro window for sales/loans,” the journalist posted on his Twitter.
