Towards the end of the transfer window, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Federico Chiesa has completed a move to Liverpool. The Italy international is joining the Reds for €13m initial fee with add-ons.
As per foreign reports, Atalanta's midfielder Ederson is one of the primary targets for Slot this summer. At the moment, there are no bids made for the player, but the Reds interest seems concrete.
Slot's side have Benfica to enquire about talented midfielder Joao Neves in recent days.
Bruno Guimaraes is another target that Liverpool are considering. However, the Reds are not the only one in the race to sign him, as Arsenal and Manchester City have also conveyed their interest in the Brazil international.
Newcastle United's midfielder has recently spoken out on speculations about his future.
"I don't know what can happen, we know everything about Financial Fair Play, but what I can say is that I feel happy. It's obviously very nice to be associated with big clubs; it indicates that I'm performing well in my role, but it doesn't concern me in the slightest, as I mentioned, I'm content where I am."
It is believed that Arne Slot prefers Michael Olise, when it comes to signing a new striker. The Crystal Palace man is a sought-after player this summer.
With Chelsea, Manchester United and other clubs also interested in Olise, his transfer fee is expected to be around £60m.
The Reds are currently looking away from the deal for Leny Yoro as he makes a decision between Real Madrid and Manchester United.
