Manchester United star Lisandro Martinez has provided an update on his fitness on social media.
The Red Devils' defender was forced off the pitch against Sevilla in the Europa League quarter-final first leg after fracturing a metatarsal bone in his foot.
It was later confirmed that the Argentina international will have to miss the rest of the season, which is a huge blow for Erik ten Hag's side.
Martinez took to Twitter to share his feelings with the supporters after surgery as he starts his recovery process to be back as soon as poosible.
"Everything went really well, thanks to God! Many thanks for all of your messages. Now focusing on the recovery," he wrote.
