Leeds is seemingly on the verge of announcing a new transfer. Linfield attacking midfielder Charlie Allen is about to be unveiled as a Leeds player.
Fans spotted a tweet from Linfield that read, “Best wishes from everyone at Linfield FC to Charlie Allen on his big move to @LUFC.” However, The tweet was subsequently deleted.
An interview put up on the Linfield website was also taken down this morning. But a Google archive shows Linfield manager David Healy sending out the same message.

Allen has already played senior football for Healy's side and became the club's youngest ever player when he made a debut aged just 15. Premier League clubs including Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Spurs have been interested in the teenager.
