LA Clippers? Nuggets? Pelicans? Who’ll be 8th in West?

NBA regular season is coming to its end, but Western Conference is full of questions. 3 teams, including LA Clippers, Denver Nuggets, New Orleans Pelicans have equal wins and losses and it is still unknown which team will play 3 last games to go through play-offs. It seems Clippers are in more complicated situation.
