Jurgen Klopp press conference LIVE: Injury news, Luis Diaz, Rangers and more

Liverpool are preparing to face Rangers in the Champions League group stage game on Wednesday, October 12.

The two sides faced off last week and the Reds celebrated a victory.

Currently, Jurgen Klopp's side are second in Group A with 6 points, while the Gers are 4th with 0 points.

Ahead of the game, Klopp has faced the media and spoken out on several subjects including injury news, Rangers preview and more.

On injuries

"I thought we were hopefully a little bit lucky with Trent because ankle didn't look good," said Klopp.

"Lucho (Diaz), it's six to eight or whatever. He looks a quick healer but we have to be careful. Could have been worse.

"Joel felt a little bit and scan and is out as well. Robbo is in the squad for tomorrow. Curtis, Naby, Ox not.

"It's good Robbo is back but not that he'll be in the team."

On Arsenal defeat

"The first goal from Arsenal I'm told was pretty sure offside but they didn't have the pictures.

"We 100% conceded silly goal especially the second one, but between first and second we played a really good game against the team in form in the league.

"It's difficult to judge that game (Arsenal). We didn't play our absolute best football, but we played against the team first in the table away, and we lost it in the way we lost it so it's difficult to judge.

"Right ref decision would be helpful 100%. Now we lost the game."

On Rangers approach

"We weren't sure if Rangers would go four or five at back, they could have started different striker. I thought Rangers went for it last week and will tomorrow.

"How often do we mention power of Anfield? I'm sure Rangers have the same here. It's a lot about momentum."

On Darwin Nunez

"It's important for him to be confident (after his goal).

"He had a lot of good moments v Rangers, in moments unplayable but big goalie saves. His performance was a positive, for sure."
