Jurgen Klopp gives update on Ibrahima Konate availability

Liverpool are preparing to host Leeds United in the Premier League on Saturday, October 29.

Ahead of the game, Jurgen Klopp has provided an update on Ibrahima Konate. Konate has been sidelined since the Champions League victory at Rangers.

"Yes, I would say the Ajax game, we didn't have more subs so we could take him with us, but he was not really ready for this game," said Klopp during a press conference ahead of Leeds game.

"In a very serious situation in the last five minutes maybe, but he's available now."
