Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admitted Jesse Lingard will not be available at Newcastle United on Sunday after he suffered a hamstring injury against AZ Alkmaar.
The attacked was introduced as a second-half substitute in the Netherlands but limped off in stoppage time.
Solskjaer says he expects Lingard to be back in time for their clash with Liverpool at Old Trafford after the international break on October 20.
"I think he felt his hamstring a little bit," Solskjaer told MUTV at full-tine. "I don't think it's too bad. He probably won't be fit for Newcastle [on Sunday] but he should be ready for Liverpool."
In his press conference, he added: "
He tweaked his hamstring, so he didn't feel he could risk, hopefully, it's not too bad."
