Ex-Liverpool player Jamie Redknapp has urged Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere to follow in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlains footsteps.
The 26-year-old is currently on £110,000-a-week but that deal expires next month and they offered him £90,000-a-week with complex add-ons and incentives.
"Jack Wilshere has proved he is still a fine player but a new challenge would do him the world of good," said Redknapp. "That could happen at Arsenal under a new manager, or he could look elsewhere.
