James Pearce says Liverpool could sign Fabio Carvalho in January if one thing happens

Jame Pearce has provided an update on Liverpool's pursuit of Fabio Carvalho. According to The Atheltic journalist, the Reds could complete the signing of Fulham winger during the January transfer window. However, it would happen if the Championship side decide to cash in before the deadline.
