Istanbul Basaksehir desperate for Mesut Ozil deal

It has recently been reported that Arsenal are open to offers for Mesut Ozil, who has struggled for a spot in Unai Emery’s starting line-up in recent weeks. According to the Bild, Istanbul Basaksehir president Goksel Gumusdag has said that his club would do anything to sign the former German International. "Mesut Ozil is a precious player," Gumusdag said. "I hope one day our paths will cross at Basaksehir. If he wants to be with us as well, we would do anything to get him." Ozil has scored four times in 15 appearances for Arsenal this season.
