Kaveh Solekhol has informed that West Ham are not trying to sign Jesse Lingard at the moment.
Lingard has played at London Stadium in 2021 on a loan spell.
Speaking on
Sky Sports Solekhol has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are currently strongly interested in the Manchester United man.
The Sky reported has stated that he has been chasing up whether the Hammers want to sign the 29-year-old.
However, the journalist has told that there is ‘nothing happening’ between the London club and Lingard, suggesting there won't be a reunion.
“I asked the question about West Ham again, whether that was a possibility, we’ve been asking the question two or three times every week,” said Solekhol.
“As things stand, I was told that’s not happening, there’s nothing happening as far as Lingard and West Ham are concerned.
"Of course, that could change as we get closer to the end of the window, but at the moment, the information we have is nothing going on there,” he added.
