<p>James Benge has provided an update on Emile Smith Rowe ahead of Arsenal&#39;s Boxing Day clash with West Ham.</p>

<p>Smith Rowe has been out for a long time now after having groin surgery back in September.</p>

<p>According to Benge, the&nbsp;Boxing Day clash&nbsp;is likely to come too soon for the player. The Gunners and the player are&nbsp;taking their time to make sure he is 100 % ready on his return.</p>

<p>Smith Rowe has made overall just 4 appearances this season.</p>
