Manchester United are preparing a £35.4m offer for Mexico National team star Hirving Lozano. The Red Devils are interested in the  PSV winger sensation. According to TMW, a massive offer is in the works, with Barcelona also linked, meaning a bidding war could commence imminently. The 22-year-old winger dazzled in Russia as one of the breakout stars, inspiring Mexico to a  shock victory over Germany and  the last 16 stage, where they fell to Brazil.
