Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reveals that Moises Caicedo has signed a 8-year deal with Chelsea.
The Brighton star has been aggressively chased by Liverpool and Chelsea in the past weeks and has now finally made his decision concrete with an agreement. The Blues' have been pursuing the young Ecuadorian since May and it has been confirmed several times that the 21-year-old is keen on a move to Stamford Bridge.
Yet, Liverpool were attempting a late hijack of Pochettino's plans by submitting a lucrative £111m bid for Caicedo. Despite many sources claiming that Jurgen Klopp's side had then secured the Birgthon star, the opposing claim came just instantly to highlight that the Ecuadorian "only wants Chelsea".
As per Romano, Caicedo's deal with Chelsea will have the option of extending it for the 9th year until 2032.
