Fabrizio Romano has provided a transfer update as Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevali has opened up on Manuel Locatelli's future amid Arsenal's links. Earlier this week the journalist claimed that Arsenal believe the Italy international is perfect for making a move to the Premier League, once again confirming their interest in the 23-year-old. Now, Romano informs that Carnevali has spoken on the player's possible transfer, saying: “We’re in talks for Locatelli with one club from abroad... and it’s really advanced. We’re gonna meet with Juventus in the next days, but there are no negotiations yet with Juve as Italian clubs are in difficult financial situation”.
