The only scenario in which Mohamed Salah can leave Liverpool is "if he goes to the Liverpool board and tells them he wants out", as per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Saudi side Al-Ittihad are keen to secure a deal with the Reds' superstar, as stated by multiple sources. At this stage, however, it is still unclear whether a deal between the two sides will be reached.
As reported by Romano, the Egyptian striker has not approached his club board for a move-out, which is the only way his exit could be materialized. According to Relevo, Salah will become the highest-paid player in the Saudi league, if the transfer succeeds.
To conclude, the Italian added.
“Mo Salah has not communicated to Al Ittihad that he doesn’t want to join them this summer.
“It would take Mo Salah to force through a move for a deal to materialize.”
