According to multiple reports West Ham United are planning to sell Declan Rice this summer.
The England international is expected to leave the London Stadium soon with Chelsea being the potential candidate to get his transfer.
In the past two seasons, the Hammers rejected every bid for the 23-year-old but the upcoming summer may be a different tale and a possibility of Rice leaving the club may arise. The player's current contract expires in 2024 and as per reports, the Englishman has no intention to sign an extension.
Speaking on CaughtOffside, Fabrizio Romano has dropped the latest update on the midfielder's future.
“I reported last summer that Declan Rice was not going to sign a new deal with West Ham and this is still the case; no agreement, so there are good chances for Declan to leave in the summer,” the football insider said.
“I’m not sure about the price tag yet, as West Ham have not decided and they still feel strong on the price having an option to extend the contract for one more year.”
