Fabrizio Romano has given an update on Ansu Fati's future at Barcelona following the interest from Premier League.
The Spaniard's situation at Camp Nou remains questionable due to worries over his lack of minutes with the first squad.
According to the transfer expert, the 20-year-old's agent confirmed the several approaches he gets from England, however, it's yet too early to think about it.
Fati has been involved only 24 times in La Liga this season with a total of 924 played minutes. Meanwhile, Xavi has tested several left-wing choices, such as Ferran Torres, Gavi, and Ousmane Dembele.
Writing in his CaughtOffside column, Romano stated:
“Ansu Fati wants to stay at Barcelona but of course, things have to change for him as he needs and wants to play".
“His agent already brought interest and approaches from Premier League clubs in the last two years; this summer could be the same, but it’s still early.”
