Fabrizio Romano: Chelsea have full verbal agreement in place to sign Brazilian talent

Chelsea have full verbal agreement in place to sign Andrey Santos from Vasco da Gama, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Blues have shown an interest in the player ahead of the January transfer window.

Final fee for the 18-year-old will be around €20m and personal terms have been agreed.

As per Romano, the midfielder will be part of Chelsea talents project.

Premier League rivals Manchester City and Newcastle were also interested in Santos.
